Privacy
Policy.

Coach Nahla Vball Network ("we," "us," or "our") operates thevballnet.work (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

When you fill out a form on our Site — for registration, membership interest, program interest, donations, or general contact — we may collect:

• Name (and, where applicable, a player's or athlete's name)
• Email address
• Phone number
• City or location
• Any additional details you choose to share in a message or form field

If you make a donation, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card number or other full payment details ourselves. If you register for a membership or program, sign-up is completed through Join It, a third-party membership platform, subject to Join It's own privacy practices.

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries and follow up on registrations, donations, or interest forms
• To send information about programs, events, and updates you've asked about
• To process payments and registrations through our third-party providers (Stripe, Join It)
• To improve our Site and the programs we offer

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our Site uses the following third-party services, each with its own privacy practices:

• Formspree — processes and delivers form submissions to us
• Stripe — processes donation payments securely
• Join It — processes membership and program registrations and payments
• HubSpot — provides basic analytics on how visitors use our Site
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces used on our Site

Cookies & Tracking

Our Site may use cookies or similar technologies, primarily through the third-party services listed above, to understand how visitors use the Site. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may not function as intended without them.

Children's Privacy

Many of our programs are designed for youth athletes. If a form on our Site is being submitted on behalf of an athlete under 18, we require that it be completed by a parent or legal guardian, using the parent or guardian's own contact information. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental involvement.

Data Retention & Security

We retain the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, administer our programs, or as otherwise required by law. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Your Choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the information below.

Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
